Nordavia (Arkhangelsk Talagi) has taken delivery of its first B737NextGen following the arrival of VP-BYY (msn 30038) in Arkhangelsk Talagi on Tuesday, May 15.
The B737-700 will be joined by another former Aeroméxico jet, msn 28262, in the coming weeks. Both aircraft are leased from AerCap and, according to Russia's ATO.ru, will be joined by another -700 and a maiden B737-800 later this year.
Nordavia currently operates nine B737-500s on scheduled flights throughout Russia as well as to Oslo Gardermoen in Norway and Tbilisi and Batumi in Georgia.
