Watermakers Air (Fort Lauderdale Executive) has rebranded as Makers Air during the 2018 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show as it sets out to underline the personalised service it offers.
"With Watermakers Air we set out to create an island airline that provided top-level service to more remote Bahamian destinations and eliminated the challenges of commercial flying. Now, with Makers Air, we've taken our brand promise to the next level by creating a tailored passenger experience," Makers Air's owner and CEO David Hocher said.
The airline will continue to provide the same services, focussing on passenger charter flights out of Fort Lauderdale Executive to the Bahamas. Makers Air also offers limited scheduled services, flying with its fleet of Cessna (single turboprop) 208 Grand Caravans to Cat Island, Rock Sound, North Eleuthera, Bullock Harbour, Chub Cay, San Andros, Andros Town, Congo Town, and Staniel Cay.
