Small Planet Airlines (Vilnius) is the new name of FlyLAL Charters. It is also rebranding its subsidiaries in Estonia and Poland accordingly into Small Planet Airlines Estonia (ESC/Tallinn) and Small Planet Airlines Polska (LLP/Warsaw). In cooperation with Italian charter broker Aeroservizi, it has also set-up an Italian subsidiary Small Planet Airlines Italia (Rome Fiumicino) that will shortly get its own air operator certificate and is expected to operate two B737-300s. Small Planet has leased two additional ex-Indonesia AirAsia (QZ/Jakarta Intl) and ex-Ukraine International Airlines (PS/Kiev Borispol) B737-300. It has wet-leased a second B737-300 to Scat (DV/Chimkent). Small Planet is planning to start replacing its B737-300/-500 fleet by B737NG aircraft in 2011.
