Colorful Guizhou Airlines (GY, Guiyang) has signed a dry lease contract with CDB Aviation for three A320-200Ns. The first of the trio, B-32GZ (msn 11866), was delivered on June 14, 2024.
The brand new aircraft, completed at Airbus's Tianjin site, entered commercial service on June 20, 2024, with its first flight from Guiyang to Hanzhong. It is currently based at Guiyang airport, Flightradar24 ADS-B data shows, and can seat up to 172 passengers including four in business class.
CDB Aviation said that the other two A320neo will be delivered to Colorful Guizhou Airlines by the end of 2024.
The Chinese carrier currently operates ten A320-200Ns (including the first one on lease from CDB Aviation) and nine E190s, according to ch-aviation fleets data.
