Honda Aircraft (HON, Greensboro Piedmont Triad International) has secured thirty Letters of Intent from undisclosed customers in Brazil to acquire HondaJet Echelon aircraft ahead of its planned entry into service in 2028, Líder Aviação, the representative of Honda Aircraft in the country, has announced.
The HondaJet Echelon is a new, extended-range variant of the HA-420, which will seat up to 10 passengers and be approved for single-pilot operations.
Líder Aviação has no own RBAC Part 135 certificate and no aircraft registered to it.
There are currently six HA-420s registered and operated in Brazil.
