Business jet operator Flexjet (LXJ, Cleveland Cuyahoga Country) has purchased a Gulfstream G450 formerly with Pen-Avia (London Luton).
UK Civil Aviation Authority records show G-ULFM (msn 4359) was taken off the UK aircraft register on July 18, 2024, and US Federal Aviation Administration records show the aircraft was entered into that country's register as N486FX on July 23, with FlexJet as the registered owner.
FlexJet offers fractional jet ownership, leasing, and jet card services. According to its website, it operates G450s, G650s, Praetor 600s, Bombardier Challenger 350s, Embraer E505s, and Sikorsky S-76s. FAA data suggests that FlexJet operates 248 fixed-wing aircraft.
UK CAA data indicates Pen-Avia now manages and operates one business jet on behalf of its owner - a G600, G-ULFT (msn 73065) - which is owned by Pendley Aviation LLP, an entity that shares the same Luton business address and several of the same directors as Pen-Avia Limited.
