Prima Air (United States of America) (Burbank) has retired its last Learjet 31A operated on the Part 135 certificate of its sister company Pegasus Elite Aviation (Van Nuys), ch-aviation research has revealed.

N311EW (msn 60) was re-registered to a new private owner, under the same registration, in late July 2024. The aircraft was part of the fleet of Pegasus Elite Aviation acquired by Prima Air during the takeover in 2023.

Prima Air continues to operate one GIV, three GIV-SPs, three GVs, one G550, one G650, one G650ER, and one Learjet 60.
