Sterling Aviation (NSH, Milwaukee General Mitchell) has inducted a first Falcon 7X into its Part 135-certified fleet in the United States, ch-aviation research has revealed.
At 13.4 years old, N8889 (msn 112) has been operated under the same registration in the United States since 2018. It was previously operated by Gama Aviation Signature Aircraft Management and later, following Gama's acquisition by Wheels Up (WUP, Teterboro), by the latter's aircraft management company, Circadian Aviation (GAJ, Bridgeport Igor Sikorsky Memorial). Circadian Aviation was sold to Airshare (XSR, Kansas City Downtown) last year. Sterling Aviation remains a subsidiary of Wheels Up Experience Inc.
The Falcon 7X has not been active in at least the last two months but recently appeared on the FAA Part 135 register under Sterling Aviation.
The operator's Part 135 fleet also includes 18 other aircraft, including one Falcon 900B, one Falcon 900C, one Falcon 900EX EASy, one Falcon 2000EX, three PC-24s, two G150s, one G450, one G550, one Hawker 900XP, one Global 6000, one Challenger 300, one Challenger 605, one Citation Jet 2, and two Citation Ultras.
