Flyus has added its first aircraft, a Citation Jet 3, according to research by ch-aviation.

YU-NEM (msn 525B-0107) is 18.8 years old and was previously registered in Germany as D-CEMS. Its last operator was Air Hamburg, which is now part of the Vista group and operates as VistaJet (Germany) (H5, Hamburg Helmut Schmidt). The final flight under the 'AHO' code took place on June 30, 2023, from Zurich to Mönchengladbach, where the aircraft remained parked for a year. On August 16, 2024, it conducted a test flight, and on August 21, it flew to Belgrade Nikola Tesla while still under its German registration. Subsequently, it was re-registered in Serbia and completed two additional test flights on September 12 and 13, 2024, before undertaking its first service for Flyus - a round trip to Ljubljana.

Flyus is a newly established Serbian operator founded by Nikola Petrović, who is known as the godfather to Serbia's President Aleksandar Vučić. The company currently holds an active Air Operator Certificate (AOC) but does not have an active operating licence for public air transport, according to the Serbian Civil Aviation Directorate. Earlier this year, Petrović's previous airline, Star Fly Wings, had its AOC revoked following an inspection initiated by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).

The operator did not respond to ch-aviation's requests for comment.

According to Eurocontrol data, this newly inducted Citation Jet 3 is the only aircraft in Flyus's fleet.
