Phoenix Air (PH, Cartersville) expanded its Part 135-certified fleet in November 2024 with the addition of a first GV, as shown by ch-aviation research.

N172GG (msn 534) was under the Part 135 certificate of Executive Jet Management until January. The 27.8-year-old aircraft continued to operate under the 'EJM' code until May 30, before being inducted into the charter fleet of Premier Air Charter. On September, it was no longer listed as Part 135-certified and has since been parked at Cartersville.

Executive Jet Management continues to include two GVs in its charter fleet, while Premier Air Charter no longer operates the type after retiring N172GG.

The jet will be re-registered as N566PG and configured to accommodate up to 16 passengers with Phoenix Air. It joins other Gulfstream Aerospace aircraft under the Part 135 certificate of the company, including eight GIIIs and two GIVs. Additionally, Phoenix Air operates two E120s, a Learjet 35(F), four Learjet 35As, three Learjet 36, and four Learjet 36As in its Part 135-certified fleet.
