Tulpar (RFE, Kazan International) imported a Challenger 850 in 2024, the company's fourth unit of the type, despite ongoing Western sanctions, ch-aviation research reveals.

ADS-B data indicates that RA-73558 (msn 8100) became active on December 25, 2024, performing a test flight around Kazan International under Tulpar's 'RFE' code. The 15.3-year-old aircraft was part of Indonesia's Jetset fleet from 2022, last operating as PK-NEX on January 25, 2024. The flight between Dubai World Central and Istanbul Atatürk was under Jetset's 'CEO' code. The Challenger 850 was then reregistered in South Africa as ZS-TJA, completing two flights, one to Dubai World Central on July 21 and another to Kazan International on September 15.

This latest addition expands Tulpar's charter fleet to seven aircraft, including two Challenger 350s, four Challenger 850s, and a Global 5000. With the exception of a Challenger 850 added in December 2022, which was registered in Kazakhstan before being imported, the other jets were previously operated by other companies in Russia.
