Leviate Jet Management (SBE) added the first two of six HondaJets to the Part 135 fleet as part of an expansion plan announced late last year. Managing Partner Rob Rosenberg confirmed to ch-aviation that the operator expects the remaining four HA-420s to enter charter service by the end of January, with a potential seventh unit under consideration. A first Citation M2 Gen2 is also set to join Leviate's Part 135 operations between early and mid-February.

The two HondaJets added to Leviate's Part 135 certificate in December 2024 are N829DL (msn 42000063) and N19JY (msn 42000072), both of 2017 built.

The four additional HA-420s, already under Leviate's management and expected to join the charter fleet by the end of January, are:

  • N311HJ (msn 42000118), 6.8 years old;
  • N816JD (msn 42000176), 5.3 years old;
  • N416JT (msn 42000199), 5 years old;
  • N913JT (msn 42000202), 5 years old.

A potential seventh aircraft, 9.3-year-old N110HJ (msn 42000020), is yet to be confirmed. All the HondaJets, which are configured to seat up to six passengers, were previously operated by Volato.

The Citation M2 Gen2, N76GP (msn 525-1151), is 1.5 years old, was previously privately operated in the United States, and will be based at Petaluma, CA, upon joining Leviate's Part 135 fleet, Rosenberg confirmed.

Once these additions are complete, Leviate's charter fleet will comprise 12 to 13 aircraft, depending on the confirmation of the seventh HondaJet. The company currently operates two Challenger 300s, a Citation XLS, a Citation XLS+, and a recently added Phenom 300.

In late 2024, Leviate also acquired a 60% stake in Chairman Aviation, which has a Citation Jet 3+, a Citation X, and a Citation X+ on its certificate.
