STAjets (KFB, Santa Ana, CA) resumed charter operations with Hawker Beechcraft aircraft following the addition of a Hawker 800XPi(2) to its Part 135-certified fleet in December 2024. The operator has also retired its only G280 and final Phenom 300E jets, as revealed by ch-aviation research.

The Hawker 800XPi(2), N906AS (msn 258569), is a 22.6-year-old aircraft that was previously operated privately in the United States. STAjets has a history of operating Hawker Beechcraft jets, including a Beechjet 400XT from 2012 to 2015, a Hawker 800XPi added and retired in 2023, and two Hawker 900XPs between 2018 and early 2024.

Meanwhile, the company has retired its sole G280 which had been part of the fleet since 2023. N227WR (msn 2007), configured for up to 10 passengers, was last active under STAjets' 'KFB' code on December 19, 2024, performing two test flights around Chattanooga Lovell. The 12.7-year-old jet was deregistered in the United States on January 3, 2025 and subsequently exported to Brazil, where it is now registered as PS-ATM. It flew to Manaus International, via Melbourne, FL, on January 9. The aircraft's future operator is currently unknown.

Simultaneously, STAjets retired the last Phenom 300E in its charter fleet. N660RB (msn 50500534), a 5.5-year-old aircraft configured to seat up to eight passengers, was last active under the operator's code on October 20, flying between Las Vegas North and Santa Ana, CA. The jet, no longer listed as Part 135-certified, was one of two Phenom 300Es operated by STAjets since 2023. The other was retired in August 2024.

Following these updates, STAjets now operates 28 aircraft under its Part 135 certificate, including a Challenger 604, a Citation Encore, a Citation Sovereign, a Citation XLS, a G200, two GIVs, seven GIV-SPs, three G450s, a GV, seven G550s, a GVII-G600, the newly added Hawker 800XPi(2), and a recently inducted Legacy 600.
