Volato (TMB, Houston Hobby) no longer has any aircraft listed under its Part 135 certificate following the phase-out of three remaining HondaJet Elite and three HondaJet Elite II, ch-aviation research reveals.

N147CX (msn 42000239), N229CX (msn 42000264), N719SJ (msn 42000149), N420XE (msn 42000197), N420HB (msn 42000158), and N135CX (msn 42000237) were all delisted as Part 135-certified aircraft by early February 2025.

In 2024, Volato signed an aircraft management services agreement with FlyExclusive transferring full control of its fleet to the latter, with plans to move the aircraft under FlyExclusive's Part 135 certificate. In November 2024, FlyExclusive added its first HondaJet Elite S, though this aircraft was not previously operated by Volato. More recently, it inducted the first former Volato-operated aircraft into its charter fleet, a HondaJet Elite II.

At the start of 2024, Volato had 28 jets under its Part 135 certificate. While some HondaJets are now managed by FlyExclusive, four units were recently added to the Part 135 fleet of Leviate Jet Management. The company's only Citation Bravo has joined the charter fleet of FLYUSA, while other jets, such as the Hawker 750, are now privately operated in the United States.

Separately, the Volato board approved a previously proposed reverse share split on February 12, 2025. As a result, on February 24,  each 25 pre-split shares of common stock outstanding will automatically combine into one new share. The number of common shares will be reduced from 46,096,315 to 1,843,853 shares.
