Southern Air Charter (SOA, Nassau International) has upgauged its fleet with the addition of two Jetstream 32s, the airline announced via social media.
C6-LNG (msn 976) and C6-NSG (msn 977), both of 1993 vintage, were registered to the carrier in the Bahamas in July and October 2024, but the airline has only announced them now. They are the only two aircraft in its fleet. Neither is tracked by ADS-B data websites.
Southern Air Charter briefly operated a Piper PA-23 in 2023-2024, and previously two Beech 1900Cs, one Beech 1900D, and one King Air B100. The airline provides charter flights across the Bahamas and the United States, where it has been authorised to operate since 2010. Its current Air Operator's Certificate (AOC), #440, was renewed in March 2024 and is valid until March 2026.
