Jetology (JTY) has ceased operations with Learjet aircraft following the retirement of its only Learjet 45, ch-aviation research shows.
The 25.8-year-old aircraft, OE-GED (msn 45-036), configured for up to nine passengers, was based at Milan Linate. It was last active on February 27, 2025, flying between Lugano and Oxford Kidlington under the company's 'JTY' code. Jetology previously operated a Learjet 40XR between 2021 and 2023.
The aircraft had been brokered by Swiss-based inX.aero and placed under Jetology's air operator's certificate (AOC), as inX.aero is not a certified operator. It remains unclear whether the broker will place the aircraft with another operator or retire it from service.
Following the Learjet's retirement, Jetology’s active fleet consists of an 18.8-year-old Legacy 600, which was added in October 2024. The company also manages a 17.1-year-old G450, which has been stored at Dubai World Central since June 2024.
