Sky Airlines (Antalya) has suspended operations following the collapse of its parent company, Kayi Group. A message on the Turkish airline's website goes on to add that the indefinite suspension of flights is a result of "difficulties" with its international tour operators, GTI Travel and Illum, both of whom will now file for bankruptcy. Subsidiary, German Sky Airlines (Düsseldorf), is also affected by the filing, German media reports said. While German Sky had already suspended operations earlier, Sky Airlines continued to operate with a fleet of three B737-400s and two B737-900(ER)s until this week.
