Flyglinjen (Stockholm Arlanda) will begin E145 operated flights between Kristianstad and Stockholm Arlanda with effect from August 12. The flights will be operated by bmi regional (Aberdeen Dyce) replacing the current service, operated by a Minoan Air (Irakleion) Fokker 50 SX-BRM (c/n 20207), which ended on June 20. The Swedish carrier added that its Jönköping to Stockholm Arlanda, which currently operates using a Saab 340A belonging to SkyTaxi (Poland) (TE, Wroclaw), would likely be replaced with a jet as well. Flyglinjen CEO, Philip Löfgren, says he sees his airline's relationship with bmi developing into a long term commitment.
