JedAir (Lagos) will acquire five Dash 8-300s to add to its current sole B737-200(M), 5N-BMS (msn 21710). Speaking to Nigeria's Punch, CEO Captain Nogie Meggison, said the turboprops would be sourced from Canada's Voyageur Airways (VAL, North Bay) as part of their ongoing joint venture. The Canadians will provide maintenance and technical expertise while JedAir will operate the aircraft and provide crew and ground handling. Founded in 2010, JedAir serves the cargo and oil and gas logistics sectors.
