MIAT - Mongolian Airlines (OM, Ulaanbaatar) is planning an initial public offering (IPO) on the Hong Kong stock exchange once an evaluation is complete. Mongolian press reports say Ulaan Bataar will offer a 49% stake in the carrier later this year as part of a state-backed privatization plan. Using a fleet of two B737-800s and two B767-300(ER)s, MIAT serves Beijing Capital, Berlin Tegel, Frankfurt International, Hong Kong International, Moscow Sheremetyevo, Osaka Kansai, Seoul Incheon and Tokyo Narita.
