East Air (Dushanbe) has wet-leased an A321-200 - its first of the type - from Ukraine's Windrose Airlines (7W, Kyiv Boryspil). The aircraft, UR-WRJ (cn 1869), is already in Central Asia and will be returned in late April the Aerovokzal newswire has said. The Tajik carrier also operates two A320-200s, a B737-300 and a B737-400.
Wind Rose says the move to lease out its fleet comes on the back of the Crimean crisis' negative impact on business.
