Tomskavia (Tomsk) is leasing An-24 aircraft from Izhavia (I8, Izhevsk) for use on its Tomsk to Strezhovoy route. The cargo flights are part of a joint-cooperation sagreement signed between the two carriers in June this year.
The route caters primarily to OAO Tomskneft, a Tomsk-based oil production company controlled by Rosneft, which is located in Strezhovoy.
