Air Croatia (Zagreb Franjo Tuđman) has once more deferred its planned launch date this time until March 2015. According to EX-YU Aviation News, the carrier has struggled to attract adequate sales for its Zagreb Franjo Tuđman to Prague Václav Havel and Rome Fiumicino routes which were to have started on December 18.

“The interest for flights before March 1 is really low and 80% of our bookings are after this date, which is why we have postponed until March 1, in order not to lose too much money during January and February by flying empty planes," the carrier said.

Flights would have operated on-board an E170 leased from Estonian Air (Tallinn Lennart Meri).

Air Croatia had planned to launch in Summer this year using an A319-100 leased from CSA Czech Airlines (Prague Václav Havel) only to defer those plans on the back of poor uptake.
