Western Global Airlines (KD, Fort Myers Southwest Florida) will base three MD-11(F)s out of Liège, Belgium to operate cargo flights for and on behalf of the Network Aviation Group (NAG) this June.
Under the terms of the new contract, NAG's Network Airline Management (NAM) unit will manage the three freighters, based out of Liège, Belgium, and which are replacing MD-11(F)s leased from Finland's Nordic Global Airlines (Helsinki Vantaa), which will cease operations at the end of the month.
Aside from the McDonnell Douglas freighters, NAM's portfolio includes two B747-400(F)s and three B737-400(F)s used to offer both scheduled and charter services throughout the world.
