TransNusa (8B, Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta) has taken delivery of its first of two ATR72-600s on order from ATR - Avions de Transport Régional (EVX, Toulouse Blagnac). PK-TNE (cn 1324) was ferried from Toulouse Blagnac to Batam, Indonesia via Colombo International, Muscat, Abu Dhabi Bateen, and Paphos this past week.
TransNusa Aviation Mandiri operates in the eastern parts of Indonesia, mainly Nusa Tenggara, Bali and southern Sulawesi. Its fleet consists of one BAe 146-100, one BAe 146-200 (leased from Nusantara Air Charter (Jakarta Halim)), three Fokker 50s, and one Fokker 70. Its only ATR42-600, PK-TNJ (cn 1015), was written off following an incident at Jakarta Halim on Monday, April 4.
