SXM Airways (SXM, St. Maarten) is planning to commence operations later this year specializing in regional Caribbean ad-hoc charter flights. A pair of Britten-Norman BN-2s have already been sourced.
Staffed by a significant number of ex-Winair (WM, St. Maarten) personnel, the start-up is in the process of securing its Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) from the Sint Maarten Department of Civil Aviation.
