ExcelAire (XLS, Islip) has announced it will shortly open a base in Teterboro to cater to growing demand in the northeastern Unites States. The boutique aircraft management and charter company said in a statement the New Jersey facility will provide a full range of private jet services including aircraft management and charter.
"With Teterboro the busiest business aviation airport in the U.S., the opening of our office there is an important milestone for ExcelAire," Bob Molsbergen, President of ExcelAire, said. "We give our customers many choices for travel to New York City from a variety of airports, and continue to deliver unmatched levels of service to our aircraft owners and charter customers."
In addition to the Teterboro office, ExcelAire operates a facility at Islip in Long Island, New York and an office in Oakland International in California.
Its fleet includes four Embraer Legacy 600s, three Gulfstream IV-SPs, Gulfstream Vs, Gulfstream G200s and before long, a Cessna 680 Latitude.
