ExcelAire (XLS, Islip) has reintroduced a GV onto its Part 135 certificate after a three-month gap in the type's operations, ch-aviation research has revealed.

N934HE (msn 564) has yet to enter into revenue service for the new operator, and the 25.7-year-old aircraft is currently at Islip airport. ExcelAire operated three GVs previously on its Part 135 certificate, with the last one retired by May 2024. While the GV is currently the operator's only Gulfstream Aerospace type, it used to represent a wide range of the manufacturer's aircraft in the past.

The GV was previously operated by NEAJETS (NEW, Farmingdale), for which it was the last unit of the type.

The operator's Part 135 fleet also includes one Legacy 650. In addition, ExcelAire manages a substantial number of aircraft which are not on its Part 135 certificate.
