Broadsword Aviation (Northampton Sywell) has added a maiden B737 to its fleet following the acquisition of B737-300 G-TGPG (msn 24464). Skyliner Aviation reports the TAG Aviation (United Kingdom) (VIP, Farnborough) twinjet was positioned to London Stansted from Bournemouth on December 28. Configured for VIP operations, 2Excel Aviation plans to make the aircraft available to the live charter market from spring onwards.
Using a fleet that also includes Beech (twin turboprop) King Airs and Piper (twin piston) Navajos, 2Excel Aviation operates across diverse sectors including defence, security, survey, engineering, agriculture, events, and travel. It also responds to disasters in the oil and gas industry through its T2 Aviation (Doncaster/Sheffield) unit which operates a fleet of three modified B727-200s.
