Atlant-Soyuz Airlines (Moscow Vnukovo) will be fully taken over by the Moscow government ahead of its integration into Rosavia (Moscow Vnukovo). It has also leased four additional Tu-154Ms and has announced plans to lease three additional B737-300s to support its fast growth related to all of the former AiRUnion routes it has taken over.
