Atlant-Soyuz Airlines (Moscow Vnukovo) has closed its second base in Krasnoyarsk again as part of a restructuring plan put in place by the Moscow city government that hopes to improve the financial performance of Atlant-Soyuz ahead of its proposed integration into Rosavia (Moscow Vnukovo). It has grounded three of its five Tu-154Ms as a result but is planning to lease three additional ex-Ryanair (FR/Dublin) B737-800s. It has again resumed scheduled services with its EMB-120 fleet in the meantime: Moscow Vnukovo-Brest: 3x weekly EMB-120 service starting on October 9 Moscow Vnukovo-Grodno: 3x weekly EMB-120 service resuming on October 9 Moscow Vnukovo-Liepaja: 3x weekly EMB-120 service resuming on October 10 Moscow Vnukovo-Minsk Intl 1: 4x weekly EMB-120 service resuming on October 10
