K2 Airways (KTA, Karachi International) has been granted an Operator's Licence by the Pakistani government allowing it to proceed with its AOC certification.
A government statement issued on Tuesday, May 29, said the Pakistani Federal Cabinet had approved the issuance of a Domestic Charter Licence Class-II to K2 Airways Private Limited.
K2 Airways says it intends to operate charter and cargo flights initially before venturing into scheduled domestic and international passenger flights.
