Luxaviation Helicopters (Luxembourg) has announced the launch of Luxaviation Helicopter Charter Alliance, a partnership of a number of helicopter charter operators from around the world proffering a combined fleet of seventy units.
The alliance will comprise of Luxaviation Helicopters, ExecuJet Air Charter (EXD, Johannesburg Lanseria), ExecuJet Mexico (Monterrey del Norte), HeliFlite (New York Newark), Heli Austria (Sankt Johann im Pongau Heliport), Azur Hélicoptère (Cannes Mandelieu), Starspeed (Fairoaks), PhilJets (Manila Ninoy Aquino International), and Hélity Copter Airlines (HTY, Ceuta).
"Since launching Luxaviation Helicopters as the world’s first VIP helicopter charter company in 2017, we have always looked for ways to partner and work with operators in different regions to provide a truly global service. The launch of the Luxaviation Helicopters Charter Alliance takes this a step further, as approved members can call upon each other to unlock more of the world’s regions and open them up to their clients," Luxaviation Helicopters CEO Charlotte Pedersen said.
Carriers participating in the alliance will remain separate companies but will undergo certification by Luxaviation Helicopters to ensure they meet the desired level of safety management.
Luxaviation Helicopters, the ExecuJet units, and Starspeed are subsidiaries of the Luxaviation Group, while the remaining carriers have no equity ties to the alliance initiator.
