Regourd Aviation (Paris Le Bourget) has rebranded its European airline subsidiaries as Amelia.
The French group said in a press release that its Slovenian subsidiary Aero4M will now be known as Amelia International (NL, Ljubljana), French MRO unit Airmain as Amelia Tech, and a forthcoming training centre will be known as Amelia Training.
The group will also change its website design and brand image accordingly. Regourd Aviation will keep the current brand for the holding company.
Regourd Aviation is a holding company which owns ten aircraft operated by Aero4M, namely one ATR42-300, one ATR72-200, two E135s, and six E145s. The Slovenian ACMI/charter unit operates nine of these aircraft (with the exception of the stored ATR72), as well as one own Embraer Legacy 600 and one ATR72-600 dry-leased from Nordic Aviation Capital. Amelia International has long-term contracts with Air France covering a wet-lease of the ATR72-600 (for the Paris Orly-Aurillac route) and two E145s (operating from Orly to Castres and from Paris CDG to Lorient).
Regourd Aviation also owns African subsidiaries EquaFlight Service (EKA, Pointe Noire), EquaJet (EKJ, Brazzaville), and Equa2R (Kinshasa N'Djili).
