TAC Airlines (Dhaka) has been incorporated as a company with plans to launch charter operations in tandem with United Airways (Dhaka) using the latter's MD-83 ex-N9414W (c/n 2121). The development marks the second phase of a deal between TAC Airlines' parent company, Tasbirul Ahmed Choudhury (TAC) Aviation Ltd, and United Airways. The first phase consisted of the setting up of a flying school dubbed "TAC Aeronautical Academy" whose main objective is to produce airline pilots, cabin crew, aeronautical engineers, flight catering and ground handling personnel supervised by instructors hired from the USA and the UK.
