Neptune Aviation Services (Missoula) has put its only ARJ100 AT, N479NA (msn E3282), up for sale.
The Montana-based aerial firefighting specialist acquired the quadjet in 2018, at that time still in standard passenger configuration. Flightradar24 ADS-B data indicates the aircraft was never deployed on firefighting missions and has been stored at Missoula since May 2019.
Aircraft broker Skyworld Aviation, which is overseeing the sale, said the 25.4-year-old BAe Systems jet is available immediately.
According to the ch-aviation fleets module, Neptune Aviation Services operates nine BAe 146-200 AT water bombers and owns another BAe 146-200 in a standard configuration, which it acquired in late 2020 from Germany's WDL Aviation (Cologne/Bonn). The aircraft is currently in storage at Missoula, presumably awaiting firefighter conversion. The carrier also owns Northstar Jet, a fixed base operator at Missoula airport.
