Premier Air Charter (San Diego McClellan Palomar) has announced the addition of a first GIV, N236CA (msn 1202). The aircraft will be managed and operated by Paradigm Jet Management through a new partnership between the two companies.

N236CA was already listed as a certified aircraft under Paradigm Jet Management until March 2024, and after a six-month hiatus, when it also stopped operating, it was added again in September. It has been back in flight service since November 25.
Premier Air Charter also owns a GIV-SP, N450EJ (msn 1273), which is under Paradigm Jet Management’s Part 135 certificate. Similar to N236CA, the jet was removed in March and re-added as a certified aircraft in September. However, it has been parked at Chino since May 2024.
ch-aviation has not received comments from either operator.
Premier Air Charter’s fleet consists of seven Part 135-certified aircraft, including two Challenger 601-3Rs, a Citation Jet 1, a Citation Jet 2, and three Citation X.
Meanwhile, Paradigm Jet Management operates a fleet of 25 certified aircraft, comprising a Beechjet 400XT, a Challenger 300, a Challenger 3500, a Citation Jet 2+, three Citation Jet 4s, a Citation Sovereign, a Citation X, a Citation XLS, a Citation XLS+, a Dassault Aviation Falcon 2000, two GIVs, four GIV-SPs, a Hawker 400XPR, a Hawker 800XP, a Hawker 850XP, a Learjet 45, a Learjet 75, a King Air B200, and a King Air B300. The company also offers a Robinson R44 helicopter for charter services.
