Alex Jets has rebranded as Falcon Luxe and will apply for a new Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) in the UAE in partnership with Falcon Aviation Services. Following the rebranding, Falcon Luxe plans to expand its fleet and cooperate more closely with existing Falcon-branded companies.
Can Şaşmaz, Chief Executive Officer at Falcon Luxe, highlighted "the strong demand in the Middle East, Europe, and other key markets" as a driver for the expansion. The operator currently holds a San Marino AOC under its previous brand as Alex Jets San Marino. The partnership with Falcon Aviation Services - which holds AOCs in the UAE and San Marino - will support the process of obtaining a new Emirati certificate.
Falcon Luxe will serve as the private jet charter arm of the group. Falcon Elite manages the company’s fixed-base operations (FBO) network. Other divisions include Falcon Flight Support, which provides flight support services, and Falcon Technic, which specialises in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO).
As part of the rebrand, Falcon Luxe revealed a new Global Express XRS, A6-AFC (msn 9306). The 16.5-year-old ultra-long-range jet was previously operated by Falcon Aviation Services San Marino as T7-VSR, flying for the last time under the previous registration between Athens and Dubai World Central, on December 3.
According to its statement, Falcon Luxe operates a total of 10 aircraft, offering the Challenger 605, Global 5000, Global Express, Global Express XRS, and Falcon 2000EX types for charter. Falcon Aviation Services operates six aircraft in the UAE, comprising a Falcon 900DX, a G450, a G550, and three DHC-8-Q400s, alongside a helicopter fleet. The company also operates a Legacy 600 in San Marino. Both Falcon Luxe and Falcon Aviation Services manage additional aircraft privately under non-commercial operations.
Falcon Luxe is part of the Alex Investment Group, a Dubai-based conglomerate with interests in real estate, travel and tourism, and the food and beverage sectors. Falcon Aviation Services, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, provides a wide range of aviation services. The company is chaired by Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, an advisor to the president of the UAE.
