Prime You Aviation (São Paulo Congonhas) made its Legacy 650, previously only available under the firm's fractional ownership program, available for charter operations in Brazil. The company confirmed to ch-aviation that it is in the process of adding two helicopters to the charter fleet, with a Phenom 100 jet to follow shortly. A G550, initially available under fractional ownership, is also planned for future commercial operations.
The operator announced the Legacy 650 became part of its air taxi fleet on November 29, following the necessary certification by the Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency (Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil - ANAC). The 11.8-year-old Embraer Executive Jets, PP-NLR (msn 14501149), is configured to accommodate up to 13 passengers and has been operated by Prime You Aviation since 2023.
Director Rodolfo Costa said in a press release that the aircraft would allow the operator to meet demand in a new market segment. Vanessa Baddini, the company’s air taxi operations manager, highlighted that the new certification will not "compromise the availability of the aircraft for the owners."
Alongside the Legacy 650, Prime You Aviation offers two Phenom 300s and an AW109 helicopter for charter under its RBAC 135 air taxi certificate. The company also manages a G700, added earlier this year, a Learjet 60, a third Phenom 300, and a Robinson R66, alongside the soon-to-be-certified Phenom 100, Eurocopter AS350, and Eurocopter EC155.
