Air Nunavut (BFF, Iqaluit) added a first Falcon 900EX, as revealed by ch-aviation research.

C-GXEX (msn 74) is a 24.5-year-old aircraft which was previously privately operated in the United States as N297KM. It was last active on December 6, 2024, flying between Lincoln, NE and Stuart Witham, where it has been parked since. The jet was deregistered in the United States on December 9 and reregistered in Canada under Air Nunavut on December 16. It has yet to operate under its new Canadian registration

Air Nunavut is the registered owner of other Dassault Aviation aircraft, namely, six Falcon 10s, two Falcon 20(F5)s, a Falcon 100, and a Falcon 200. It also operates a fleet of four King Air B200s.

While the turboprop fleet is primarily deployed for charter flights within Arctic Canada, Air Nunavut’s executive jets operate under the Smooth Air trade name, serving the charter market also beyond the region.
