Mayo Aviation (Denver Centennial) ceased Embraer Executive Jets charter operations with the retirement of the sole Phenom 300 from its Part 135-certified fleet in December 2024, ch-aviation research reveals.

N6232 (msn 50500255) is a 10.1-year-old aircraft operated by Mayo Aviation since 2023. The jet is no longer listed as Part 135-certified. It is in the process of having its US registration details amended.

Following this retirement, Mayo Aviation's charter fleet now comprises a Citation Jet 3, a Citation Sovereign, a Hawker 850XP, a PC-12, and three King Air B200s, which are leased to Flight for Life for air ambulance and medevac flights.

Since earlier this year, Mayo Aviation has been consolidated under the parent holding George J. Priester Aviation, following the takeover in 2022. Sister company Priester Aviation (PWA, Chicago Executive) operates 21 aircraft under its Part 135 certificate and is the group's sole charter operator of Embraer jets, with a single Praetor 600 in its fleet. Meanwhile, the group's other Part 135 operator, Hill Private Aviation, does not have any jets on its own certificate, but operates some of the aircraft on Priester Aviation's certificate.

In a recent exclusive interview with ch-aviation, Priester Aviation chairman Andy Priester revealed plans to acquire more family-owned aircraft management and charter companies.
