Bosnian Wand Airlines (Tuzla International) is planning to commence scheduled operations out of Sarajevo before year end. EX-YU Aviation News says the airline will switch its base from Tuzla International to Sarajevo in anticipation of the launch.
In terms of operations, the start-up has alluded to using an A320-200 and an A321-200 to open up flights from Bosnia & Herzegovina "to other parts of the world."
As previously reported by ch-aviation, the carrier was to have leased an A320-200, LZ-MDB (cn 3125), from Bulgarian ACMI specialist, Air Via (Sofia), from October 8, 2014 until May 8, 2015. That plan, however, never materialized.
