Bosnian Wand Airlines (Tuzla International) has begun its AOC certification process with the Bosnia and Herzegovina Directorate of Civil Aviation (BHDCA) with plans to use an A320-200 and an A321-200 to start international flights. According to EX-YU Aviation News, the start-up is backed by shadowy Iraqi company, the Al Wand Group.
