Andrew Airways (Kodiak) , operating a fleet of 3 Dehavilland Beavers, a Cessna 206 and a Piper PA-32, has placed a bid to provide essential air service three times weekly using its PA-32 between Kodiak and Karluk. If it is awarded the contract, this would be its first scheduled service.
