Tajik Air (7J, Dushanbe) has taken delivery of its first widebody jet following the arrival of B767-300 5N-ASG (msn 23436) at Dushanbe last week.
The twinjet, formerly with defunct Nigerian operator Tradecraft Air (Lagos), will shortly be re-registered as EY-756 on the Tajik carrier's books.
A second B767 is also expected to arrive at some point in the coming months.
Tajik Air's fleet currently includes one B737-300 and one B737-400 (both parked), two B757-200s, one MA-60 (parked), two An-28s, one An-26, and three Mil Helicopters. Operationally, it offers regular flights to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, India, Russia, Iran, and China.
