The Government of Côte d'Ivoire/République de Côte d'Ivoire has acquired an ACJ320-200N from Albinati Aviation (ULC, Malta International) after a lengthy four-year procurement process.
TU-VAJ (msn 10618) was ferried after outfitting at Basel/Mulhouse/Freiburg, CH to Abidjan on July 11, 2023. Its first service was to Nice on July 22, 2023, Flightradar24 ADS-B data shows.
The aircraft was delivered to Albinati Aviation in 2021 directly from Airbus Corporate Jets, although it was only flown on test flights around Basel.
The ACJ320neo joins an ACJ319-100 TU-VAS (msn 2192), delivered to the Ivorian air force in 2014 after ten years of service with SCM Aruba (Geneva).
