The Mexican Attorney General's Office (Fiscalía General de la República) has begun operations with Embraer Executive Jets aircraft following the addition of a first E135, ch-aviation research reveals.

The 22.2-year-old aircraft, XC-FGR (msn 145687), was first active on April 16, 2025, completing a roundtrip between México City International and Culiacán. It was previously listed under the Part 135 certificate of United States-based RVR Aviation, which continues to operate four E135s for charter. The jet was last active as N311RF on February 17, flying from Arlington, TX to México City International with a stop at Laredo.

Mexico's Attorney General's Office currently operates a total fleet of 35 fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. The E135 joins a Challenger 600, a Challenger 604, a Challenger 605, three Cessna TU-206s, two Cessna T210s, a Cessna 441, two GIIIs, three HS-125-700As, a HS-125-700B, three BAe-125-800As, two King Air C90s, three King Air B200s, a King Air B300, two Sabreliner 65s, a Eurocopter EC145, a Bell 212, three Bell 407s, and three Bell 412s.
