Express Airways (Germany) (Düsseldorf) plans to resume operations later this year with a single ex-Avion Express (X9, Vilnius) A320-200 (c/n 415) that it plans to base at Maribor and offer for ACMI and charter services. Express Airways has already been operating on and off since 1998. It has however not been operating any aircraft for several years and last had announced plans to resume operations back in 2007 with BAe 146-100s but then failed to do so.
