Express Airways (Germany) (Düsseldorf) has outlined its plans to establish a base out of Dubrovnik for the duration of the upcoming Summer season. The Aerocroatia blog says that using two A320-200s, the German carrier intends to connect the Croatian coastal city with Zagreb Franjo Tuđman as well as Berlin, Munich, Leipzig/Halle, Stuttgart Manfred Rommel, Frankfurt International and Düsseldorf in Germany. Express had previously announced similar plans from Maribor in Slovenia without flights actually taking off.
