Punto Azul (Malabo) is set to begin regional operations from June 21 with the announcement of twice weekly flights from Malabo to São Tome operated using an E145. Though not formally announced yet, Punto Azul is expected to launch flights to Nigeria, Ghana, and Cameroun among other key Central and West African destinations. The airline also expects to utilize spare capacity by establishing a charter division to run along side its scheduled flights operation.
